I showed up today without an appointment at LOF and Reggie who was working at the front desk, made a way for me to get my 98 Honda Valkyrie in for an oil change. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, and will definitely be going back. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated, their willingness to work me into their schedule without an appointment, and the extra assistance Reggie gave me with my motorcycle. I brought my motorcycle in a Saturday as it needed tires. I was told that he would try to squeeze it in as the were very busy, other wise it was going to have to sit in the shop until Tuesday. I was overjoyed when I got the call late on Saturday that my tires were done. The work was awesome and the staff was kind and helpful. They will be my first stop from now on.
