Have owned multiple bikes over the years and have always used LOF Motors for all kinds/types of services. That being said Reggie (owner) has always been on point with helping me get/identify parts and keeping me in the loop as to when I'll have my bike back and how much the cost will be..no shenanigans. I showed up today without an appointment at LOF and Reggie who was working at the front desk, made a way for me to get my 98 Honda Valkyrie in for an oil change.  I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, and will definitely be going back.  I cannot say enough about how well I was treated, their willingness to work me into their schedule without an appointment, and the extra assistance Reggie gave me with my motorcycle. I brought my motorcycle in a Saturday as it needed tires. I was told that he would try to squeeze it in as the were very busy, other wise it was going to have to sit in the shop until Tuesday.
