This is a prime example as to why you should not self diagnose your bike, if youre not a trained professional or tech savvy... customer stated that the starter needed to be replaced.... after replacing the starter, we go to start the bike, and hear a gosh awful sound... we then contact the customer to inquire about the sound they heard that made them think the starter needed replacement... describes the same sound... we then offer to properly diagnose the bike... to find broken parts of the more where starter/ starter clutch resides.... all in all... new motor is needed (or bottom end).... customer 😔 😟
